At all events, how do you clean vinyl boat cushions?
Soap and Water - Warm Dish Soap and Water is the best way to safely clean Marine Vinyl. It may take some elbow grease, but if you clean your material every few weeks this method is the safest.
Even so, how do you clean vinyl fabric? A mild dish detergent and water are the best cleaning agents for vinyl fabric. With a sponge or clean cloth and soapy water, simply wipe off the vinyl to remove dirt, food, surface stains, etc.
Again, can you use vinegar on vinyl boat seats?
If you don't want to spend the hard-earned cash on replacing your seats and you're willing to clean the white vinyl boat seats, there are a number of boat seat cleaners you can choose from designed for attacking mildew stains. You can also try cleaning with a 50/50 home-brew mix of white vinegar and water.
Can you use magic eraser on boat vinyl?
You can use Magic Eraser on vinyl floors, vinyl siding, and vinyl boats seats, and get amazing results as shown in the photo above. For example, in high traffic areas on your boat such as walkways and decks, you're going to get a lot of muddy footprints, dirt, grease, and more nasty stuff.

Rubbing alcohol is an excellent cleaner and great for removing stubborn spots, when used correctly. Rubbing alcohol should only be used in small areas, never as an overall cleaner. DO NOT apply directly to the vinyl, or allow the alcohol to dry on the fabric. This could damage the fabric!
Vinegar can clean vinyl floors, laminate countertops, and ceramic sinks and toilets—but it can't clean everything. Avoid using vinegar as a cleaning agent on these five places in the household, as there are other solutions that are either less risky or more effective.
While there are some things that one should definitely avoid when cleaning vinyl, by far the most contentious of the lot (one that will get audiophiles screaming) is pure isopropyl alcohol. It can be horrible for vinyl. ... Some other things to avoid are commercial cleaning products (i.e. Windex, Comet, Borax, etc.)
Can I Use Bleach on Vinyl? Although it may be tempting to use bleach, this whitening agent can dry out and in turn, damage vinyl. While some recommend a diluted solution of water and bleach, there are plenty of products that are far superior — reducing your risk of damage and potentially needing to reupholster.
Combine 2 cups of hot water, 3 tablespoons of white vinegar and one teaspoon of borax powder to a spray bottle to treat the more resistant mildew stains. Shake mixture well and spray onto surface. Allow to mixture sit on fabric for about 30 minutes before wiping clean with a soft cotton cloth.
To remove stains, dampen a white paper towel or white cloth with isopropyl or rubbing alcohol. Work from the outside edges of the stain toward the middle. Change the paper towel or cloth frequently to avoid spreading stain until the stain is removed.
